I uninstalled the trial version. According to
inventory they are supposed to have CS2, and that
is installed on both computers.

Denise Visuano is having the same issue, and she 
is right next to Betty's computer. She didn't 
have the v# for that one.

She wants the program to be able to open the 
files. She doesn't know if it needs the official 
version, which was ordered, or if is just having 
problems. Trial verion has 12 days left on it.
She is here all day.
