I stopped by and checked it out.  From the Video
Production Services machine, I have learned that
Roxio cannot be installed with Encore.  I removed
it and installed CDBurnerXP.  Susie was not around
to test, but I left a message with someone at the
front desk.  She will give us a call back if the
issue continues.

It's a 755, so I'm going to guess that it is a DVD
burner.

It is preventing them from using Encore.  This is 
a new machine set up.  They will leave the 
machine on ifs you want to try remote access
