Looks like a faulty print cartridge.  I told her
that there is nothing we can do and to ignore the
notification until the print quality degrades.

Printer is located in cottage 107. She said that 
she put in a new cartridge and when she printed a 
test page, everything was fine, but now when she 
tries to print anything else, it won't.

She mentioned that the print read out says the 
cartridge is empty and needs to be re-aligned.

She will leave her door open all day and its ok 
for a tech to go in if she is not there.
