She just called us back saying she changed the 
encryption and the WEP key worked. she is online.

She received an email from sauern@wou.edu (Nathan)

He gave her the SSID and WEP Key, but when she 
puts in the wep key it says it is incorrect.

She is located at the University House.

She needs to be able to hook up to the wireless 
within 15 min.
