So the computer has a registry hack to remove
native the logoff and shutdown buttons from the
start menu.  BUT, there is a custom icon on the
desktop (default user) and a custom icon in the
start menu list to shut down or restart.  The
icons work correctly. I deleted all profiles in
case a user had removed these icons from their
profile.

Computer in NS125 will not log off, you have to 
manually shut it down. Problem has been 
happening for a week.
The classroom should be unlocked all day. There 
are classes in the room during the day, the best 
times to come are MTWF from 8-9 or TWRF from 4-5.
