This was a mixture of problems. Lisa, Betty, Kim,
and Denise over in PR all did not have the
settings to allow everyone to view/change events
inside Sun Java's web-based email. To do it login
to the web-based email at www.wou.edu/newmail go
to the Calendar tab, and then select Manage
Calendars from the drop down box on the top right
of the screen. Click Edit for the user's name and
make sure all of the options are checked and then
click save.

I reopened the task.

Audrey just left from fixing an issue but they
are haviong a small issue. Some events are still
not showing up on everybody's calendar.

I was using uidcal instead of calid in the
calendar location like for Thunderbird, which was
why they couldn't access some calendars.

Lisa's machine was assigning the H: drive to a
removeable drive, so I assigned that to L:. After
a restart the error stopped popping up.

The laptop has non Thunderbird related issues (I
watched her open AIM and it gave the error, never
working with Thunderbird.)

Everyone except Betty Orwick is set-up.

Since Audrey installed thunderbird on the
computers, an error comes up, she doesn't know if
it is related to this. The error is: windows no
disk and exception processing message. (this is a
popup) buttons for cancel, try again, and
continue. no matter what she choses, this happens
again.

availability: someone can get to the computer all
the time.

There are 3 computers that need it installed on:

#20031253[Edit Inv]
#20040475[Edit Inv]
#20031260[Edit Inv]

This computer is has lightning and thunderbird on
it but needs its calendar synced to the others as
well.
