She needed to remote to TR3 to change her
password, and then connect via UNC path to the
folder on the TRI webserver to edit files.  Called
her, remoted in to her machine, and helped her
setup dreamweaver to access the site files.

Connie logged into the remote desktop server and 
when she goes to open up Dreamweaver, she gets a 
pop up box that asks her to log in user her 
Windows Live ID Login

she closes that box but Dreamweaver never opens. 

She will be at her office until 5pm.
