Nancy has a PDA that when she tried to synch to 
her machine, said it needed more memory and to 
delete some items that were not being used.

She told me she deleted things like Solitare from 
her PDA and other things that were not applicable 
to the PDA she says.

Now, when she turns on the PDA, it doesn't 
display anything on the screen and it wont synch 
to her machine. She thinks she might have deleted 
some important files.

Its important that this PDA be up and running 
because the Public Safety Officer uses it at 
night.

She will leave at 4:30pm today
She will be in tomorrow all day

The PS officer needs this for tonight.
