They are going to look at buying a new printer. 
Mallard is to old to be investing a lot of money
in it.

Ya it's a fuser alright.  And it's one of those

Error on printer itself reads turn printer on/off 
and if error message reappears call SRD. They did 
this and error keeps coming up.

Printer location CO 203.

Trying to print on from word on legal size paper. 
There was no paper loaded in printer at time 
print job was released. User put paper in manual 
feed and that is when error message appeared.

Caller was Tyler Martin, intern.
