She was not listed as an administrator on the box.
It is used primarily by student workers, but she
is their supervisor so I added her as an admin on
the box so that she can install things like Java
updates and the QAS software.

Quick Address pro is an annual renewal and there 
has never been disk media at UCS for it, the 
former contact for the software 
purchases/renewal Lenore Eliassen now works in 
HR but I spoke with her and she said that the 
company installs the software remotely and that 
June should know who to contact at QAS to get 
this done

June called and said that they don't use FIREFOX 
which was placed on it. She mentions that Java is 
not installed on the machine.

all programs are installed computer has yet to 
crash again after re image. brought the computer 
back and everything seems to be working fine.

Comp is still restarting on its own, re imaged 
it and so far it seems to have solved the 
problem. installed all of their old software on 
it now.

Illustrator CS2 is bundled with Adobe Creative 
Suite V2 Premium.  I am installing it now.

There is no record of Illustrator CS2 on T: I'll
talk to Tricia and see if it was bundled with some
other software.

The correct version is Illustrator CS2.  The
reason they want that old version is because when
importing documents using Illustrator 10, the
formatting gets messed up.

Same error being reported looks like its the 
mobo not the ram itself. Adam is RAMing a mobo 
now.

the RAM was bad, replaced it from the parts pc 
and stress tested the machine. it checked out. 
It is installed and working properly

The machine is located in Recruitment area of 
Admin APS 408.

The machine is a DELL, she says its pretty urgent 
and its the only machine with InDesign on it.

She will be in her office all day today.
