Needed to switch the camera from "picture" mode to
"view" mode for the computer to recognize it via
USB.

She has a Canon Powershot that her mchine will 
not read when she plugs it into any USB port.

She got the Camera from Sue Payton and she has 
tried several USB Ports on her machine and on her 
monitor and still nothing comes up.

She will be available all day.
