Hi Audrey,

I figured out the graphics problem.  I haven't
noticed the problem with the bullets for awhile
now either.  I'll let you know if the problem
comes back.

Hi Pam,

In May you contacted University Computing Services
about issues you experienced while printing
graphics and using bulleted lists in Word. The
task was originally allocated to a technician who
graduated this year, and so I acquired the task. I
am sorry for the delay in contacting you; I do not
know why the original tech did not contact you
sooner. Also, I attempted to contact you in June.

Please let me know if these issues are still
occurring and when it is best to contact you.

She cannot get the graphics to print when others
in the office can print the same document and the
graphics will print.


Aslo...

When in word:

When she tries to use a bullet it gives her an
error and says that Word needs to close every
time. This happens each time she tries and closes
the program on her.
