Hi, this is Adam from UCS. If the CD your are 
trying to retrieve does not eject when you push 
the eject button, restart your computer and as 
it is booting hold down the mouse button, this 
should force the cd to eject. If you still have 
any issues please give us a call back at 88925.

She has a MAC_

Susan inserted a CD (not cd-r) into her machine, 
but the icon never appeared on the desktop, and 
when she tries to eject it, nothing happens.

She has class at 11am, she will leaver her office 
open and mentioned that it is ok for us to go in 
her office. The CD case will be on her desk next 
to her machine.
