The machine is located in SH102

Trishia called and said that this machine has 
always been able to open up the software NueSoft, 
but today whenever anyone logs into it and tries 
to open that software, they get this error 
message:
error has occurred system error, contact your 
admin.

Someone will be available at SH102 All day today.
