She opened up some attached photos from an email 
she got this morning from a colleage and now her 
screen is black and just has the spinning cursor 
on her MAC.

She cannot click on anything.

She was browsing her mail through the 
communications express server.

cannot remember the email address.

She manually restarted her machine and everything 
is running normal.

She will call us back if this problem persists 
with her opening up attachments but she believes 
this was a one time thing.

I am closing the ticket.
