He was connected to TS8, logged off his session,
and he is now on TS1.

Thin client is locking up when he tries to turn 
it on. It loads only a few desktop icons, and the 
rest are all greyed out and he cannot do anything.
 
Contact Darin at 88176 anytime between 8am and 5pm

This seems to be a reoccuring problem for him.
