Brian, she would like someone to come by at 9am 
on friday to help her finish copying the files 
off her HD to her H: She said a student helper 
started copying her files for her and hit a 
system file so the file transfer stopped. So it 
will just basically need to be resumed from 
where it stopped.

Called. no answer. Just have her save everything 
she needs to her H: drive as she should not have 
anythig saved to her computer anyways.

She had a problem and it was fixed but the tech
told her that the computer may have a bad HD and
therefore would like to have her info all backed up
