Does not get the error message logging in now, did
get it on TS11 and yesterday on an unknown server
before I switched the BO to use KLINGER as the
print server instead of RADAR.

Error message comes up when he boots his computer.
windows cannot open this program because it has 
been prevented by a software restriction policy.
