She called back and asked to close the ticket. 
She found the document with the changes.

Just 10 minutes ago was the last time she was 
working on it. She opened the file on her office 
machine and after she made changes (about 6 
pages) she went to file/save and saved the 
document.

When she opened up the document on ANOTHER 
machine, she says that none of the changes that 
she had just made were there. 

She will be at the front desk at 88471 for the 
rest of the day, Call 88471 first she mentions 
before calling her office number.
