She figured out that the flash drive has a button 
on the side, which fixed the problem.

She is trying to delete word documents from a 
flash drive but it says "The disk is wriite 
protected."

Out from 9:30 12:30 and will be back afterwards. 
She will be here 7-4 tomorrow.
