He has been trying to get on about 20 times. The 
screen is black the bars are there but are filled 
in with black. 
He has tried restarting and loggin in. Was able 
to use remote desktop an hour ago.

He can't access important progams for work.

He will be available all day today.
He will be here till 5 tomorrow.
