Brought the pc back and hooked it up. Closing the
task.

Swapped the cpu fan and the power supply and it
works now.

I reimaged it and it still won't load the OS...

The computer has a loose graphics card to cable
connection and it will start up saying it was shut
down improperly. I'll reimage it and see if that
fixes it.

Upon power off/on, comes up with error about not
shutting down properly.

If left unattended, when normal boot begins, the
screen goes blank.

If boot in SAFE mode, it comes up okay, but won't
complete a restart.
