I've increased the priority on this as she has 
called back twice now. She is not someone that 
we were able to talk trough the issue on the 
phone.  Mostly, I think, because she didn't want 
to.

11:00am to 12:00, and from 2:00pm to 3:30.

She called again she really wants to make sure 
this gets taken care of she'll be in her office 
from 2:00 to 3:30pm today.

If she tries to reply or compose an email it 
says "pop-up blocked" and doesn't provide her 
with a box or anything to allow it anyway.
Please call Molly at 88536. The best times to 
reach her are: 11am-12:30 and then again 2-3:30.
