It was pop up blocker that was keeping her from 
composing her emails.

she asked me to close the task

She cannot compose any emails or reply, or 
forward. She is using IE7 and says that whenever 
she tries to compose/reply etc. nothing happens. 

She has logged on and off of her email account. 
She is using the Communications Expres online 
server not Outlook

Its a DELL PC

She's available All day but says its crucial for 
her work to get this resolved.
