Printer was sent back for warranty.  We should be
getting the new one in a couple of weeks.

Nancy called back and said that she would have 
liked if someone would have told her what the 
next step would be.

she did not know if we would get them a new one 
or not. 

She said that this is an important printer and 
they need to have a replacement one.

the printer is beyond repair now, we are looking
into getting them a new one.

The whole bracket that the spring is on has 
actually come out. They had fixed the spring 
before, but now what it holding the spring has 
broken.
