Tricia Flaherty	May 28, 2008 03:23 PM	Jan Carlson called inquiring how they go about getting a functioning/not "piece of Crap" keyboard for this station I told her if she wanted a keyboard with more then basic functions she would need to put in a purchase request. But she said no a basic one is fine if it works, I told her we replace non-functioning keyboards as part of general maintenance so...I have put a brand new keyboard and mouse into tech inbox #4 that you can take to him. In the future if the spares we have are not good then please come see me so I can give you a new one from stock parts that I bill to maintenance	Add Attachment

Cara advised me to have the cpu picked up, wiped clean and get the appropriate programs reinstalled since the previous staff member had some problems with it. Can someone come grab this guy and get it ready? Thanks.
