She did a manual restart and everything works 
fine now.

She logged in to her DELL and everything showed 
up correctly on her desktop but cannot click on 
anything. 

When she goes to start, nothing happens but does 
get an hourglass when she hovers on start.

can't click on any of her desktop icons either.
