Looked at the message headers with Nancy and they
were 550 Permanent Fatal Errors when cougar tried
to find comcast.net and comcast.net had an outage.

she keeps getting these messgaes back to her wou 
account.

She told me that just recently (today) she cannot 
send any email messages from her WOU account to 
any comcast address. They call bounce back saying 
they had fatal errors and provider unknown.
