There was also a mac in there with a scanner
attached with no scanning software.  I installed
the software.

He was saving directly to the H: drive.  This does
not save the image, but rather creates an empty
file showing zero kb on disk. He needs to do them
all over, saving locally to the machine first.

He is using the MAC attached to the Slide Scanner
in CH 311

He has a lot of .gif files that he scanned into 
the MAC.

When he tries to open them, eror message comes up 
that says error, cannot open file

He went in through photoshop and could not open 
them either

He is in CH 311
He mentions that this is crucial and needs to 
open these files.

He has 39 files.

I don't believe that he logged into his H:Drive 
on the MAC and saved the files on the My 
Documents folder on the Machine.
