Her computer wasn't running slowly, it was only
running slow when she was at home and using the
internet through wireless. I told her that using a
wired connection would be faster but if she is set
on using wireless, then there is no way to make to
internet faster without getting a faster
connection through her ISP. I also told her she
needed to do updates (SP3) and she began
downloading and installing that. Closing the task.

C M called and said that her laptop is running 
slowly and she would like a tech to take a look 
at it. She says it runs especially slow when she 
is online. 
Its a Dell Laptop - INSPIRON 700M -
