I just made him an admin on his machine so he 
can add and delete his trial software without 
one of us being there.

He is trying to dl it from a website 
www.articulate.com

when he tries to install it, it says he does not 
have admin rights.

He is going to be getting more software that are 
at least 15 day demos

He will be available most of the day today and 
tomorrow.
