can't help her if i don't see which server she
tried to connect to, she doesn't have a session to
reset.

Successfully logs in with remote access...
accepts password. Then she gets a black screen 
and has a bar on top of screen reading ts.wou.edu.

Last week last time successfully loged in.
Tried rebooting machine. Tried logging in 
multiple times.
