I looked and they both are displaying video
correctly.  I tightened down the video cables, as
they were just plugged in and not screwed in.

Lab desk positions: G3 & H3

The power and video cables appear to be connected
properly and does not appear to be a power switch.

This problem occurs frequently.  Could you provide
any guidance for lab attendants to address directly?
