Joan, you might want to let the lab attendants 
know the information below.  

It's a security warning.  It hides behind the 
main page and minimizes when you minimize the 
main page.  Therefore, you can only view it and 
close it if you physically reduce the dimensions 
of the main page to view the background.  Once 
you dismiss the notification, you can utilize 
the mouse.  

If this is the same problem as last time.  There
is a window in the background displaying an error
or conformation or something like that.  You
cannot utilize the mouse until that window is
closed.
