remoted into her system, reinstalled Adobe 7,
uninstalled adobe reader 8, reinstalled our
slipstreamed version of adobe reader 8, and helped
her resolve a Macromedia Contribute error.

Says she uninstalled adobe professional 7.0 in 
order to install the adobe reader 8.0 required to 
to download/install some federal forms she needed.
Says she needs adobe professional 7.0 reinstalled 
into her computer. 

Also asked if this can be done remotely then it 
would be great, if not then she said to give her 
a call for her available office hours.
