The third column in the display for vacation/out
of office messages calls the current
month/day/year (displays it actually) when all it
should do is display the year.  It does this for
the start and stop message rows on the page in
Communications Express.  It is not a functionality
bug, more of a cosmetic one.

They can ignore the Month/Day part in the
drop-down list.

She called in saying she is having difficulties 
setting the vacation notice on communications 
express. If someone can call her or go to her 
office and help her she is there until 1pm today. 
If after 1 she said she would leave her office 
unlocked and the program running.
