User's resolution was set too low, so that the TS
window was utilizing scrollbars.  Therefore the TS
start menu was hidden and she was looking at the
local machine start menu.  I changed the remote
desktop settings to display full screen when
logging in.

Sent user an email letting her know that
Dreamweaver has not been removed from the terminal
servers and she can access it by utilizing the
"Run" feature.

Normally uses Dreamweaver from remote desktop, 
but today it is missing from her programs. She 
tried to open a dreamweaver file directly, but 
those will not open.
