According to Service Request 26215 it says that
you deleted an entire calendar and that you need
it restored.

It's going to take some time to recover and is
going to require that I contact Sun Support to
have them walk me through the process.

I'm hoping this should only take a day or two to
complete. I'll let you know once it's been restored.

Don called back and said that last Tuesday June 
10th was the last day it was up and running and 
on the 11th was when he tried to remove someone 
off the permissions list and ended up deleting 
the whole calendar

He told me that this needs to be backed up asap 
because they have appointments on that calendar.

I don't know of any ways to restore data to Comm
Express. I'll ask Travis.

Calendar name was: Boderman;APSC instructional 
space level 3 or 301

He mentions that he accidentaly erased the 
calendar which had events and appointments 2 
years in advance and he desperately needs a tech 
to help him figure out where it could be or 
possibly restore the calendar.

This was the shared calendar of which he was the 
manager.

He will be available all day.
