moved Kathy Witwer's AD account to registrar OU,
and switched her LDAP groups.

W_REGCOUNTER is the printer that needs to be 
networked on Kathy Witwer's login because she 
moved over to the registrars and when she logs 
in, she does not have that printer networked to 
her login.
