She came in over the weekend and said that she 
left her machine on

when she came in this morning it displayed a 
black screen with white print on it that 
read "press F1 to continue"

it booted up like normal but now when she goes to 
start there is a new program loaded.

Half of the program lists are highlighted as if 
new.

banner says that she has a problem with website 
security certificate 

She is in all day.
