Remoted into her system, uninstalled the malware
she installed, ran ccleaner, and made Sophos scan
her system.

Windows XP antivirus 2009, it is requesting money 
from her when she tries to take care of the 
viruses, and she thinks it will be best if its 
removed from the computer.  She should be 
available any time within the next couple of days.
