He says he visited a website and was told he had a
virus by something on the website. I ran Sophos
and it found nothing, also I explained that is a
common ad tactic.

Last night, a message popped up on his computer 
that said there is a virus. He has not turned his 
computer on since because he is worried about the 
virus and would like someone to come take a look 
at is as soon as possible.
