Remoted into her system, warning message was
different because of the lack of a file extension
on the file.

Also installed MS Works compatibility pack and the
Office 2007 Compatibility pack.

Had a nice long conversation with her about her
needs, and she would also like her dial-up
restored to a functional state.

Marjory called and had a question about the 
different warning messages that pop up when 
saving an attachment from the internet. She said 
that usually the warning message is blue, but 
sometimes it comes up bright gold. She is 
wondering if bright gold is something more 
serious than the blue. 

She is in her office from 1-2, but e-mail is a 
great way to contact her.
