Remind them to load ServicePak 1 as well.  They 
may need to contact Tech Support for that, 800-
220-8096 option 1.
 
Let me know as soon as possible if anything comes

cameras and installing the software on our 
laptops & Info Desk computers today?  I need to 
have everything set-up, loaded and ready for an 
on-line training at 10 am on Wednesday, July 2.
Is there anything, any info I need to get to you 
to speed this along?

She called and said she needs the ID Laptop 
Software

They have the Laptop and want the ID software 
loaded on so they can start printing ID's

Someone is available from 8-5pm everyday at 
werner and will have the laptop available there.
