Disconnected mapped drive, tried reconnecting it,
logged off and reconnected to TS10, and it didn't
map, but we remapped it via the command line, and
it works fine.

F: drive was mapped, wouldn't let him in, but the
UNC path worked.

He was trying to open a file in F:\outbound but 
was unable to, got a long error message saying 
the connection was lost and could not be 
reestablished. He is unable to open any files on 
the F: drive. He is using a thin client.
