Wasn't detecting her HD. Unpluged it made sure 
everything was where it was suppposed to be put 
it back together and it booted and ran chkdks /f 
and found many error and corrected them all. 
machine booted fine after.

Becky just called again and said that it turns 
out that she is unable to do anything on her 
computer. I just told her that I would add 
another note to let the techs know.

Becky just called and said that when she turned 
on her computer her desktop was gone. A message 
popped up that said "Can't find local..." She 
doesn't remember the rest.

She is retiring and would like someone to take a 
look at this. Becky can be reached until 2 today.
