Her shortcut was pointing to outlook express.  I
removed express and made a shortcut on the desktop
to Outlook.  

She opened her e-mail just like normal, but 
everything is gone. An icon pops up that says 
something about Outlook Express. 

She is in a bit of a panic because all of her old 
e-mail is gone. Her login is larsonm. She will be 
in a meeting until 1:00 but she left her login 
and password on her computer so if anyone would 
like to come and take a look at it while she is 
gone they can. She does not mind if someone works 
on it while she is out of the office.
