she wanted outlook installed. tried to sync up
outlook with another e-mail account, did
everything that both brain W and Adam W told me,
but did not work. She told me that she could just
have her e-mail account that was not synced with
outlook forward to the one that was. I told her
that I was going to close the account and she said
that was fine.
