Wasn't working on TS1, does work on TS11.

He has been able to print everyday before, but he 
mentions that this has happened before.

When he goes to print, NOTHING happens. He 
submits the print job, but nothing happens

Its On Winchester and said the techs would know 
what that is.

He is available most of the day
