Had the wrong driver installed. Downloaded the
right driver and made sure everything worked.

got her printer MALLARD to work by uninstalling
and reinstalling it on radar. tried the same thing
with DUCK but the document came out gibberish.

Adam added her computer to the printer networks
and we had her restart her computer. she can print
to her local computer and one network printer that
was setup last week. She can see the other two
printers that she would like to print to, however
one just does not print and the other gives her an
error message.

printers are not accessible from her computer.

put most of the programs she wanted on her
computer. set and delivered her computer. set up
all her printer and made sure her outlook had all
her contacts.

ram for her old computer and was wondering if it
was transferable to the new computer.
